Gorakhpur. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath reached Gorakhpur on Friday. Here he laid the foundation stone and inaugurated five development projects worth Rs 635 crore in Sonbarsa of Pipraich assembly constituency.


He said that the country is touching new heights of development under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Today India is the most respected country in the world. India has been recognized as a model of development in the whole world. The country has become the fifth largest economy of the world. Only the model of development and security will lead the present and future generations on the path of a bright future and its benefits will be reaped for eternity. Instead of creating obstacles in the development proposals of the government, we should become partners in development because the future of generations is linked to it, therefore the process of development should move forward continuously.

The Chief Minister discussed in detail about the development of the state and Gorakhpur. He said that entrepreneurship will grow only when there is development. Local youth will be able to become entrepreneurs. He has made arrangements to give interest-free loans to the youth in two phases to set up enterprises. An interest-free loan of up to Rs 5 lakh will be given in the first phase and Rs 10 lakh in the second phase. Under this system, the youth taking the loan will have to return only the principal amount to the banks, the government will pay the interest amount.

CM Yogi further said that today the rail over bridge has been inaugurated for the people of Balapar, Tikaria and surrounding areas. Along with this, the foundation stone of four-lane road from Balapar, Tikaria to Gangi has been laid. This will make the life of the people of this area very easy. The distance of half an hour will now be covered in five minutes. For the construction of four-lane, he has given instructions that houses should not be demolished during the construction of four-lane, even if the map of the four-lane has to be changed. Along with this, instructions have also been given to give compensation four times the circle rate. With the construction of a new police station in Sonbarsa, the security system of the people will be further strengthened.

Chief Minister Yogi told the villagers that they should buy farms in remote areas with the money received as compensation for the land and also start new work. This will make the coming generations prosperous.

During this period, CM Yogi also laid the foundation stone for the widening of the four-lane Balapar-Tikariya-Gangi Bazaar road (cost Rs. 519.62 crores), upgrading of the reporting police post Siktaur and construction of administrative and residential buildings for the Siktaur Sonbarsa police station (cost Rs. 26.56 crores).
