New Delhi (UPSC Prelims 2024). UPSC Civil Services Preliminary Examination will be held on Sunday, June 16. It consists of two papers. 1- Black ball pen- Use only black ball pen to write answers in UPSC prelims exam. Do not use ink of any other colour. This may result in rejection of your answer copy. Carry some extra 0.7 black ball pens with you.
2- Admit card and identity card- At the time of entry into the UPSC examination hall, the candidate’s admit card and valid identity card are checked. So do not forget to carry them. Carry the same ID card with you, whose information is recorded on the e-admit card.
3- Simple clock- Nowadays most people wear digital or smart watches. But wearing them in the UPSC exam hall is not allowed. You can wear a normal watch to check the time during the exam.

3- Know the location of your exam center and the route to reach there in advance. This will help you reach there on time on the day of the exam without any hassle.
