New Delhi (UPSC Topper List). This year 13.4 lakh candidates appeared for the UPSC prelims exam. Out of these, 14,627 were successful in it. Anudeep Durishetty Marks: Who is Anudeep Durishetty?
Anudeep Durishetty topped the UPSC exam in 2017. He completed his schooling from Jagtial in Telangana. After this, he got a BTech degree in Electronics and Instrumentation from BITS Pilani. After doing BTech, he got a job as a software engineer in Google. But he wanted to become an IAS officer. So he left his job at Google and started preparing for the UPSC exam. He got 1126 marks in UPSC CSE. 1126 is the highest mark in the history of UPSC. No officer has been able to break this record till date.
