Paschimottanasana: According to yoga trainers, pregnant women should avoid practicing Paschimottanasana. Apart from this, people suffering from ulcers, asthma and slip disc should also avoid doing this yoga. To do this, start by sitting on the floor with legs stretched forward. Then keep your back straight and arms extended upwards. Now bend your hips forward while exhaling. In this stage, your goal should be to keep the upper body over your lower body.
