Dausa. During the yoga camp organized in the city under the joint aegis of Parmarth Yoga Seva Sansthan and Patanjali Yoga Committee, participants were practiced various yoga asanas and pranayama under the general yoga protocol. The purpose of the yoga camp was to promote healthy lifestyle and maintain mental and physical balance.
The practice session was conducted by Yoga Guru Suresh Sharma and Yoga Teachers Vikas, Kirti, Neha, Gajanan, Pooja, Aarushi, Hariom and Shivam. During this period, important asanas like Tadasana, Vriksasana, Padhastasana, Ardha Chakrasana, Trigonasana, Bhadrasana, Vajrasana, Ardh Ustrasana, Ustrasana, Mandukasana, Marjariyasan, Makarasan, Bhujangasana, Shalabhasana, Sethubandasana, Uttanapadasana, Ardh Halasana, Pawanmuktasana were practiced. Along with this, the participants were taught pranayama like Kapalbhati, pulse purification, anulom-control, Sheetli and Bhramari.
On the special occasion, prayer was also done by keeping a collective silence for the peace of the soul of 270 people who were martyred in the recent aircraft accident.
On this occasion, City Council Chairman Kalpana Jaiman, Devanarayan Jamon, Pradhan Sultan Bairwa, Retired Deputy Director Education Brijesh Sharma, Principal Anil Sharma, Patron Pushpa Dangayach, Director of Divya Yoga Sadhana Kendra M.K. Sharma, Deputy Director of Ayurveda Department Omprakash Chaturvedi, Vikas Aggarwal, Nitesh Sharma, Lokesh Sharma, Sitaram Sharma (Transport), Satyanarayana (Transport), Manoj Khandelwal, Prahlad Gurjar, Deendayal Sharma, Shirish, Vandana Khandelwal, Lalitha Khandelwal, Dr. Satish Gupta, Vimal Dhunkaria, Vijay Mittal, Vimal Dhunkaria, Vijay Mittal, Vijay Mitam Many dignitaries including Dhonkaria were present.
