You can include Bhekasana in your routine

You can also include Bhekasana in your daily routine to lose weight. To do Bhekasana, first lie down on your stomach on a flat surface and then slowly raise your head upwards. If you practice Bhekasana every day, then within just one month the extra fat accumulated in your body will start burning.

Uttanapada Asana will prove to be effective

Uttanapada Asana can also prove to be effective in getting rid of obesity. To practice this asana, first lie down straight and then while breathing in, try to keep both legs raised at a 30 degree angle for 20 seconds. Similarly, try to raise both legs at a 45 degree angle, 60 degree angle and 90 degree angle. You can do Uttanapada Asana three times in a day.

Such yogasanas can prove to be very helpful in weight loss. By practicing these yogasanas daily, you can become the owner of a perfect figure within just a month.
