Vijender said that I have played in the Olympics three times, I have never heard or seen such a thing. I also talked to many experts about this and they also said that disqualifying you due to being 100 grams overweight is a very hard decision. Usually in such cases, the athlete is given a chance to reduce weight. This has happened for the first time in the Olympics and there could be a conspiracy against India behind this. The delegation that went with the Indian players should protest strongly in Paris and if even then their words are ignored then everyone should boycott the Paris Olympics and return to the country without any medal.
Let us tell you that before this many political people have also raised questions on the disqualification of Vinesh Phogat. Samajwadi Party President Akhilesh Yadav said that there should be a thorough investigation of the technical reasons and it should be ensured what is the truth and what is the real reason behind it. Aam Aadmi Party Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh also said that this is not an insult to Vinesh but to the country. This is gross injustice, the whole country stands with Vinesh, the Government of India should intervene immediately, if the matter is not accepted then boycott the Olympics.
