In a book published on IIM Ahmedabad, Kamala Chaudhary’s contribution was praised for its proper development. Vikram Sarabhai’s daughter Mallika thinks otherwise. She said in an interview a few years ago, yes, Papa had an intimate relationship with Kamala for a long time, but she did not consider it right to keep Kamala in IIM, due to this the institute could not become what Papa wanted it to be.
