Vinesh Phogat could have lost her life in Paris Olympics, coach made a shocking revelation, know what was the reason?

New Delhi. Indian wrestler Vinesh Phogat gave a historic performance in the Paris Olympics, but due to the rules, she was deprived of the medal. Vinesh’s weight was 100 grams more after the semi-finals, due to which she was disqualified before the final match. After this, her appeal was also rejected in the sports tribunal. Now every fan knows the story of Vinesh’s struggle, but coach Wooler Acos has made a revelation which is very shocking.

Wooler Akos told in an interview that there was a moment during the Paris Olympics when he felt that Vinesh Phogat’s life could be in danger. He said, “After the semi-finals, Vinesh’s weight had increased by 2.7 kg. Despite working out for one hour and 20 minutes, only one and a half kg of weight could be reduced. A sauna session was done for 50 minutes, but no sweat came out. Despite this, Vinesh worked out on many cardio machines. She kept wrestling and cardio continuously from midnight to 5.30 in the morning. Many times she fell due to exhaustion. I really felt her life was in danger.”

Vinesh Phogat did not lose courage even after losing the medal. Coach Wooler Akos said, “Vinesh told me, ‘Coach, don’t be disappointed. I have defeated the best wrestler in the world. I have achieved my goal. I have proved that I am one of the best wrestlers. Our game plan has worked. Medal is just one thing, performance matters.'”
