Chana Dal Kachori Recipe

First step- To make this recipe, first of all you have to add some salt to half a cup of soaked gram lentils and cook it in a pan on medium flame for about 40 minutes.
Second step- When the water of the lentils dries up, then you have to add one spoon of ghee in the pan and fry the lentils well.
Third step- Now mix celery, turmeric powder, chilli, salt, coriander powder, chopped coriander and green chillies in the lentils.
Fourth step- After this, you have to mash this roasted lentil well. Now mix one spoon semolina, one spoon ghee and a little salt in two cups of flour and knead it.
Fifth step- Keep the dough covered for about 10 minutes and when the lentil mixture cools down, make dough balls and fill them with stuffing.
Sixth step- Roll the Kachoris, heat oil in a pan and fry them.
Now you can enjoy crispy chana dal kachori. There is a different pleasure in eating such stuffed kachoris in the evening.
