How to make Chilli Pakoras?

First step- To make chilli pakoras, first take about 250 grams of chillies, wash them and then make a slit in the middle with a knife.

Second step- Now add salt and lemon juice to these chillies. Mix everything well and keep it covered for about two hours.

Third step- After this, add one cup gram flour, salt, half spoon turmeric, a little oil, half spoon baking soda, half spoon asafoetida and one cup water in the mixer and blend it.

Fourth step- Now put oil in the pan and let it heat up and then reduce the flame to medium and dip the chillies one by one in this gram flour solution and put them in the pan with hot oil.

Fifth step- To make chilli pakoras crispy, you have to deep fry them.
Your chilli pakoras are ready to be served. You have to take out some tissues in a plate and then you can serve chilli pakoras on top of the tissues. If you want, you can also sprinkle chaat masala on them. Your heart will be happy after eating chilli pakoras with tea.
