WatchOut WearPods Review: WatchOut Wearables, a start-up company manufacturing wearable devices, has recently launched its 2-in-1 smartwatch WearPods. The name of this unique product is WearPods because it has a smartwatch as well as earbuds. The price of this device is Rs 5,999 and it comes in three color options – Military Green, Ornage Army and Black Commando. This product of the company has been launched especially for the youth of GenZ i.e. new generation. We have used its Military Green color variant. Come, let us know how we liked it?
WatchOut WearPods Review: Unique design
The USP of this wearable device is its unique design. Users will be able to use two wearable products in the same device. True wireless (TWS) earbuds are also available with this smartwatch. The company claims that this is India’s first 2-in-1 Hi-Res earbuds, which is fitted in a smartwatch. However, I don’t find the concept so special. The company has compromised with the quality of this smartwatch. It looks like a Chinese digital watch from the 90’s. However, many users may like this concept. Due to the earbuds being fitted in the smartwatch, its dial looks heavy.

WatchOut WearPods Review: Features
First of all, let us talk about the technical specifications of this unique designed device. This 2-in-1 smartwatch has a 1.93 inch always-on HD display, whose resolution is 240 x 296 pixels. This device has a 400mAh battery, which powers both the smartwatch and earbuds. The battery of this smartwatch works as a charging case for TWS. Both its buds have a 35mAh battery, which can be used for 10 hours by fully charging through the watch. At the same time, the standby time of the smartwatch is 25 days.
A USB charger is available to charge this watch. Apart from this, it has been provided with features like GPS tracking, Bluetooth connectivity, health features, microphone and speaker support, which you get in almost every smartwatch. The company has given another special feature in this smartwatch. This device has 4GB of internal storage, in which you can store more than 1200 favorite songs. You can listen to these songs through earbuds without connecting the watch to the smartphone.

WatchOut WearPods Review: Experience
Talking about the experience of this 2-in-1 device with this unique concept of the start-up company, it is true that it has been designed keeping only GenZ users in mind. Its look, design and features can attract the youth. Talking about the experience of watch and earbuds, its smartwatch is a bit heavy, which you would not want to keep tied on your wrist for hours. Apart from this, the buds given in it are very small, which fit easily in your ears. Extra eartips have been provided with it, which you can use as per your comfort.
WatchOut WearPods Review
Talking about the health features available in this smartwatch, it has heart rate, blood pressure and blood sugar tracking sensors. It cannot be said how accurate results these health features give. GenZ rarely uses any of the health features given in it. However, this smartwatch comes with more than 100 sports modes, which include running, swimming, cycling etc. Once you fully charge this smartwatch, you can use it comfortably for two to three days. Its battery takes about 45 to 50 minutes to be fully charged.
WatchOut WearPods Review
Talking about the experience of earbuds, its audio quality is average. If you listen to songs with more bass in these buds, you will not get a good experience. However, the earbuds can provide up to 10 hours of battery backup. You may like to use it especially during travel.

WatchOut WearPods Review: Our Verdict
After using this 2-in-1 device for two weeks, we found its design unique, but its build quality disappointed us. Talking about the features of the smartwatch, they are also average. At the same time, we did not like its user interface that much. The battery backup of the watch is good, but it has many such features which GenZ should hardly use. Talking about earbuds, their sound quality is average, but battery backup is fine. Instead of spending Rs 5,999 for this device, you can buy smartwatches and earbuds of different brands for Rs 3,000 to 4,000, which come with better features than these.
