According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of snowfall and light to moderate rain due to western disturbance in Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand till April 26. There may be light rain with thunder in the northern areas of Punjab and Haryana. There are also chances of strong winds in both the states. There is a possibility of strong wind and light clouds in Delhi and NCR also. At the same time, the Meteorological Department has also issued a rain alert in 10 districts of Rajasthan.
According to the Meteorological Department, apart from Central Maharashtra and Marathwada, there may be rain in northern areas of Konkan and Goa till April 26. The Meteorological Department has expressed the possibility of rain in the interior areas of Kerala and Karnataka till Wednesday. Storm may occur in Vidarbha, Chhattisgarh, Assam, Meghalaya. At the same time, the Meteorological Department has predicted strong winds along with lightning in Eastern Madhya Pradesh, Jharkhand, Nagaland, Manipur, Tripura, Mizoram, Telangana and North Karnataka.

It is also expected to be very hot in many areas of Madhya Pradesh. Heatwave is being seen in all the cities of Bihar. The weather will be dry in western UP. At the same time, havoc of heat wave can be seen in Banda, Chitrakoot, Kaushambi, Prayagraj, Pratapgarh, Mirzapur, Chandauli and Sonbhadra along with Varanasi, Jaunpur and Ghazipur of UP. There will be considerable humidity in the Himalayan areas of West Bengal, Odisha, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Coastal Andhra Pradesh and Coastal Karnataka. The Meteorological Department had already predicted that there will be a lot of heat in the country this year.
