Weather Update: The mercury of all the cities is rising on one side in the country, while in many places the clouds are hiding. The weather pattern in the national capital Delhi also seems to have changed. The city residents felt cold on Sunday morning due to the night rain and strong winds in many areas of Delhi. According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), the national capital recorded a minimum temperature of 12.1 degrees Celsius. The Meteorological Department has predicted light to moderate rain and thundershowers on Sunday as well.
Along with Delhi, light rain is expected in many areas of Haryana and Uttar Pradesh. While issuing an alert, the Meteorological Department has said that there is a possibility of rain in the coming days in many parts of western Uttar Pradesh. There is also a possibility of hailstorm in some areas. According to IMD, apart from Delhi NCR, there is a possibility of rain in Bihar and Jharkhand during the next 24 hours. There is a possibility of heavy rain in Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Mahe. The Meteorological Department has issued a warning to fishermen not to venture into the deep sea for the next two days.

On Sunday, the NCR region (Ghaziabad, Chhapraula, Dadri), Farukhnagar (Haryana), Meerut, Modinagar, Kithor, Pilakhua, Hapur, Gulati, Secunderabad, Bulandshahr, Khurja, have expressed the possibility of light to heavy rain. The maximum temperature of 23-24 degrees Celsius is being recorded in the country’s capital Delhi for the last two days, which is two degrees below the average temperature of this season. According to the Meteorological Department, there will be a gradual increase in the temperature from the beginning of March. By March 2, once again the maximum temperature of Delhi is expected to rise to 28 degrees.
