Dausa. At around 6 am on February 18, the police received information about the fall of a vehicle in a deep trench in a deep trench along the highway in the civil line area of Dausa. When the Kotwali police and FSL team reached the spot, when the situation took stock of the situation, the matter appeared to be like a normal road accident. But the condition of the vehicle, the condition of the body and the design of the scene created some doubts.
Taking the matter seriously, DSP Ravi Prakash Sharma gave instructions for intensive investigation. The evidence found at the scene, the body’s condition, and the FSL report reversed the initial conclusions. The post -mortem report confirmed death from suffocating, while accidental symptoms were not as deep on the body as one should have fallen into a trench.
On going into the depth of the case, the police’s eye went directly to Mahesh alias Jeetu Saini, the husband of the deceased. Investigation revealed that Mahesh took out his wife Parul Saini from the house by pretending to take “Prayagraj Kumbh”. Parul was originally from Aligarh (Uttar Pradesh) and was living with Mahesh in Tonk Gate area of Jaipur.
Mahesh very cleverly placed his wife in a car from his house in Barkat Nagar and took her to a pre-signed deserted place in the Civil Line area of Dausa. This place was already in his Reiki, which he had chosen to carry out the incident.
Mahesh mixed his wife in a packet of chips and fed selfies (a highly poisonous pesticides), causing Parul to reach a semi -conscious state. After this, he stopped his breath by pressing his mouth and nose, causing him to die. Then he pushed the car into a deserted trench and created an accident -like scene and tried to make himself unconscious.
‘Prerna’ from the digital world: YouTube and Instagram became the ‘Guru’ of crime that Mahesh learned from YouTube video and Insta reels. He had been doing research for several days as to how the murder of someone could be shown an ‘accident’. He had done online research on the effect of selfie, the technique of dying, and copying of the accident scene, etc.
For the purpose of further confusing the murder, Mahesh had already booked the train ticket from Mathura to Prayagraj, so that he was about to take his wife to Prayagraj Kumbh and the accident occurred on the way. But the technical investigation of the police also exposed this move.
The police also rejected the complaint lodged by the families of the deceased regarding the first dowry harassment. This proved to be helpful in understanding Mahesh’s mentality. It was clear that husband and wife’s relationship was already stressful and Parul was often tortured.
Investigating officer DSP Ravi Sharma sorted the entire incident by analyzing evidence, call records, vehicle status, digital tracing, social media accounts, and the activities of the accused. Post mortem reports, trench depth, vehicle damage and body injuries were comparatively analyzed.
On the basis of all these facts and intensive inquiries, it was proved that it was a pre -planned murder. As a result, Mahesh Saini resident Adarsh Basti Tonk Gate Police Station Bajaj Nagar, Jaipur was arrested. ASI Babulal, Head Constable Narendra Singh, Sumin Kumar, and Mahendra played a key role in the police team.
