The Governor of West Bengal is adamant on not changing the timing of the Assembly session to be held on March 7. In this connection, on Monday, Chief Secretary Hari Krishna Dwivedi reached Rajya Bhavan to meet Governor Jagdeep Dhankhar. He will discuss with Governor Jagdeep Dhankhar the matter of convening the assembly.
Let us inform that the Chief Secretary of the state had written a letter to the Governor saying that due to negligence in typing, he has sent a recommendation to call the session time from 2 pm instead of noon. Let it be changed. On this, the Governor had said that the recommendation of the Cabinet is necessary for the change.
