After getting information from the people, the snake rescue team of the forest department took the cobra snake out of the well and left it in the forest. Due to some reason, a five and a half feet long cobra had fallen into a 50 feet deep well.

The incident is of Chhapa village of Jhajha police station area, where on Saturday, people of the area panicked after seeing a cobra snake in a 50 feet deep well. After seeing the cobra in the well, a crowd of local people gathered at the spot. According to the information, while filling water from the well, the women of the village saw the cobra snake. After which the women started shouting.

The villagers along with the women were afraid that the cobra might bite someone and put someone’s life in danger, because people draw water from that well every morning and evening for their needs. It is the rainy season and snakebite incidents are increasing these days. The local people informed the forest department about the cobra in the well. After receiving the information, the forest department team reached the spot and after about one and a half hours of hard work, rescued the snake and took it out of the well.

The forest department team locked the rescued cobra snake in a big box and left it in the forest near Nagi Dam. Forester Anish Kumar said that this is an Indian cobra snake, which is about 15 years old. After the information, the snake was rescued and taken out from a deep well. Indian cobra is a poisonous snake. After the rescue, the cobra has been safely left in the forest.
