Indian athletes Manu Bhaker and Sarabjot Singh defeated the Korean team to win the bronze medal. They won this match by a margin of 16-10. First Indian female player to win two medals in the same Olympics
India has won two bronze medals at the Paris Olympics 2024. This is a proud moment for all Indian players. Before Manu Bhaker, British-Indian Norman Pritchard won medals in 200m sprint and 200m hurdles at the Olympics held in Paris in 1900. Manu Bhaker has become the first Indian player to win two medals in the same Olympics in independent India.

The mascot serves as a symbol of freedom. This mascot is inspired by the blue, white and red colors of the French flag.
