Indore transport businessman Raja Raghuvanshi and his wife Sonam Raghuvanshi reached Meghalaya’s capital Shillong for a honeymoon on 22 May. Both were in touch with the families for two days of the beginning, but on May 24, Sonam last talked to her mother -in -law and then both of them stopped. 12 days later, the most shocking news so far came out – Raja was killed, while Sonam is still missing.

Raja and Sonam’s last call was on 24 May. Sonam had told her mother -in -law, “Mother, they have brought them to the forests. There is a lot of height, I call later.” After this, the numbers of both of them closed. When the family members of anxiety reached Shillong, it was found that their scooty (Activa) was found standing in an abandoned condition on the deserted hill path.
Raja’s body found after 10 days, Sonam still missing
The police found the body of the king from a mountainous area after 10 days amidst continuous search operation and bad weather. The body was identified with a tattoo called “Raja” made on hand. This moment broke the whole family. But surprisingly, Sonam has not been detected so far.
No murder or accident – sustained murder
The Raja’s post -mortem report made it clear that this is not an accident, but a ruthless murder. The report stated that the king’s body was attacked with sharp weapons. The police have also recovered the tree cutting tools used in the murder. Vivek Sim, SP of Eastern Khasi Hills, confirmed that soon the case could be a big disclosure. In view of the seriousness of the case, the Special Investigation Team (SIT) has been formed.

A large poster has been installed outside the king’s house in Indore, in which it is written with pictures of Raja and Sonam, “I am not dead, I am killed – CBI check!”
