Sonam told that she has always loved parathas. Different types of parathas were always made for breakfast in her house. Like potato, cabbage, lentil, papaya and gourd. But after coming into the industry things have changed and now I eat my favourite paratha after a gap of 15 days, but I still don’t eat much.

Talking about her daily routine, she said- I drink a lot of water after waking up in the morning. After this, I have a bad habit of drinking black coffee, which I have to give up. I drink coffee 2 hours after waking up. After this, I like to have my breakfast. I like to eat moong dal chilla for breakfast. I love desi food because it keeps me happy. I also like to eat gram flour chilla and South-Indian food sometimes for breakfast. I do not intake carbs early in the morning because my lunch is heavy. I just balance my food. I cannot do core dieting. I keep plenty of carbs, protein and fiber in my desi food. There is always green vegetable in my food. I definitely include lentils or tofu for protein.
