In WhatsApp instant messaging app, users will now be able to send all media files in HD quality. This feature is coming soon for WhatsApp. At present the user has to set the quality of the media file every time he sends it. After the introduction of this feature, users will be able to set the media quality in one go, due to which they will not have to select its quality again and again while sending a photo or video.
Generally, photos or videos sent through WhatsApp are shared in standard quality. To share them in HD quality, users have to tap on the photo or video and set its quality to HD. Every time users share photos and videos, they have to set the quality of that file. After the introduction of this new feature of WhatsApp, users will get the option to set the quality of the photos and videos sent.
You will not have to set media quality again and again
Once set up, users will be able to send photos and videos from their device in HD quality. They will not have to set the quality again and again. This feature of WhatsApp has been seen in Android 2.24.7.17 beta version. This feature is currently being tested with beta users. After testing, this feature of WhatsApp will soon be rolled out for all users.
WhatsApp New Feature
According to the screenshot shared by WABetaInfo, users will get a settings option while sending photos or videos, in which they will be able to set the quality of the photo and video. This option will be visible to users in the storage and data section of the app. Users will have the option of standard and HD quality in media upload quality. Users will be able to set that quality by default by choosing any one of these.
Apart from this, WhatsApp has recently rolled out some useful features, in which three messages can be pinned in individual and group chats. Pinned messages will be visible to users at the top of the app, with the help of which users will be able to pin their important messages.
