Curd, roasted cumin seeds, black salt, water
Method of making buttermilk-
First of all, take curd in that quantity for the number of people you want to make buttermilk. If you are making one glass of buttermilk, then take half a glass of curd and the same amount of water will be required. If you have a churner in your house to churn curd, then put the curd in a vessel and add a little less than half a glass of water in it. After this churn the curd. If you don’t have a churner or a mixer, that’s fine too. Take half a glass of curd and a little less than half a glass of water in a mixer jar. Now stir the mixer jar.
After this you take the glass. When you pour curd churned from a mixer jar or a churner into the glass, then keep one thing in mind. You pour the buttermilk into the glass from a little distance. This is because if you pour buttermilk into the glass from a short distance, foam will form in it. This foam will not only look good but when you drink the buttermilk, it will also taste great. Before pouring the buttermilk into the glass, add black salt to it as per taste.
Now grind the roasted cumin seeds coarsely. Pour this cumin powder over buttermilk. If you want to make the buttermilk more attractive, then add two-three coriander leaves on it. Now your buttermilk is ready to drink.
