New Delhi. The Indian cricket team is going to leave for its first foreign tour with its new coach Gautam Gambhir. Former coach Rahul Dravid’s contract with Team India ended after the victory in the ICC T20 World Cup. India has to tour Sri Lanka at the end of this month. According to the information, on Monday, July 22, the new coach will hold a press conference along with chief selector Ajit Agarkar.

The Indian team is ready to leave for its first mission with the new coach Gautam Gambhir. The team has been selected for the T20 and ODI series starting from July 27. According to the news of Times of India, before taking charge of the Indian team, coach Gautam Gambhir and chief selector Ajit Agarkar will be together in a press conference on July 22. This will be the first time he will be in front of the media before taking charge as the coach of the Indian team.

When will the Indian team leave
On July 22, head coach Gautam Gambhir will be present in front of the media to answer questions. According to the information, the Indian team will leave for Sri Lanka tour on the same day. India has to play a series of 3 T20 and then the same number of ODI matches.
