Ingredients for making thecha
10 to 12 green chillies, 10 to 12 garlic, half cup peanuts, salt according to taste, 1 teaspoon cumin, 1 teaspoon mustard oil
How to make Thecha?
Step 1: You can use any type of green chilli to make Mirchi Thecha. First of all, turn on the gas and place a pan on it. When the pan gets heated, add 1 teaspoon of mustard oil to it. After heating the oil, add 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds and 10 to 12 garlic cloves, fry it till it turns light in color. Then add 10 to 12 green chillies, half a cup of peanuts and salt and fry on low medium heat. When it gets lightly fried, turn off the gas.
Step 2: Now put all these ingredients in a mortar and grind them coarsely. If you do not have a mortar then you can also grind it coarsely in a mixer. Now take out this chutney in a big bowl. And enjoy it with roti or dal rice.
