India did not condemn Russia

So far, India and Russia have had 21 summits. The last time the two top leaders met was in Delhi in 2021. Despite the Ukraine war, relations between India and Russia remained strong. So far, India has not condemned Russia for the attack on Ukraine and has repeatedly said that the matter should be resolved through diplomacy and dialogue. Earlier, PM Modi’s last visit to Russia was in 2019.
