Bhilai. The Charoda Municipal Corporation has announced to reach the water of Kharun river from door to door under the Jal Avardhan Yojana by March 31. To implement this announcement of the mayor, the councilors and the employees of the Water Works Department have completed the house-to-house survey, but at present, the water of Kharun will come only in those houses where the tap of this scheme is already installed. Supply will start after the completion of tap connection work in the remaining houses.
Let us tell you that a survey has been done about the number of houses in which the connection of Jal Avadhan Yojana has not been installed. It is being told that the survey work is almost complete. The councilors and the employees of the Water Works Department have also submitted the survey report. On the basis of the survey, the work of providing tap connections in the abandoned houses will start.
In such a situation, till March 31, the water of Jal Avadhan Yojana will reach only those houses where tap connection has already been given under this scheme. It is being claimed that 90 to 95 percent of the tap connection has been completed. The missing 10 to 5 percent people will be given tap connection in the next phase. For this the left out people will have to wait a bit.

Claim, water supply will start from March 31
It is being claimed by the corporation administration that by March 31, water supply will be started in any case. From March 31, 90 percent people of Bhilai Charoda Corporation will start getting the benefit of this scheme. Till now bore water was being given in Bhilai Charoda Corporation area. Kharun water will be available from March 31. For this the entire staff is busy in preparation. The remaining 10 percent people will have to wait for the second phase.
