It is all about metabolism. Women often do not do much physical exercise. Due to which their weight increases rapidly, while men are more active in physical work than women. Due to which men do not see weight gain.

According to a study, women are more obsessed with food than men. The study also found that about 25 percent of women think about weight loss food every half an hour. Another reason is that women are more emotionally attached to food than men. Apart from this, men have a faster metabolism. The average metabolism of a man is 5 to 10 percent higher than that of a woman of the same weight and height. The reason behind this is that men have more lean muscle than women. Which helps them burn more calories. This makes it easier for men to lose weight. Apart from this, the body structure of men is quite different from women, due to which also men lose weight quickly.

Take care of your diet to lose weight

According to Dr. Shilpi Agarwal, losing weight is not rocket science. First of all, you need to change your lifestyle. Physical effort of women has reduced a lot. Now women do not want to work hard in the kitchen. Food is ordered immediately from the phone. Earlier women used to work hard in the kitchen. Lifestyle has deteriorated. Even the TV is being turned on from the remote. Lift is being used to climb stairs. Which is the cause of obesity. To lose weight, you have to exercise for at least 30 minutes and control your eating habits. Eating less cannot be the reason for weight loss. If possible, eat early in the evening and avoid eating outside food. If you plan your diet, you can also lose weight.
