This is because after working hard in the gym, one feels very hungry. It is often seen that people consume a lot of protein shakes during gym. If you also do all this then your weight will never reduce.

3. Sports drinks-Some people drink a lot of sports drinks during gym. This drink contains salt and sugar. It is advisable to drink a solution of salt and sugar so that the electrolytes in the body remain balanced and the body does not get dehydrated. But the need to drink it arises one hour after the gym. But usually people drink a lot of sports drinks during exercise. This will not give any benefit to the exercise because it also contains high calories. If you want to drink, drink plain water or take zero calorie electrolyte.

4. Wrong food-When you are losing weight you have to choose your food wisely. Many people choose too little and wrong kind of food but remember neither too much food is good nor too little food is good during weight loss. So if you are losing weight then eat nutritious food in limited quantity. Eat green leafy vegetables and protein rich things.

5. Hard Exercise-Just working hard is not exercise. If you think that you will lose weight by going to the gym a lot, then you are wrong. Moderate exercise is required to lose weight. For this, walking, jogging, running, swimming, cycling are the right exercises. Yes, there should be speed in these exercises. For example, if you are walking, then your speed should not be less than 6 kilometers per hour.
