Priyanshi Chaudhary, wife of suspended constable Gajendra Singh of Kanpur, has made several serious allegations against him in an exclusive interview to UP Talk. Priyanshi said that Gajendra Singh’s character is not correct and has an illicit relationship with many women, including a female policeman.
Priyanshi said that only after a few months of marriage, the real form of Gajendra Singh started coming out. He said, “They used to beat me, threaten and intimidate me. Even sat on me and showed me a knife and pistol. He himself was characterless, but used to make false accusations on me.” Priyanshi also told that her husband had a relationship with a female police officer, who spoke to her himself and advised Gajendra Singh to divorce.
Priyanshi alleged that Gajendra and his brother -in -law spread his phone number in Kanpur, causing him objectionable messages. He also said that Gajendra Singh also talked to the girls who took the police recruitment examination.
This case has created a big stir in the Kanpur Police Department. Priyanshi has met the Joint Commissioner of Police of Kanpur and demanded strict action against her husband.
The matter became more serious when a woman from Railbazar area of Kanpur disappeared from her house a few days ago and was later recovered from Mumbai. Outpost in -charge Gajendra Singh and a woman constable were sent to Mumbai to bring the woman back.
But serious allegations have been reported during the return of the recovered woman. It was told that Gajendra Singh asked the woman’s brother to come by train on the way and took the woman alone in the car and left for Kanpur. During this time, many obscene acts were done with the woman, which the woman complained to her family. After this, the family informed the officials and the female constable also lodged a complaint against Gajendra Singh.
In this case the female constable has been suspended and Gajendra Singh is also suspended. The police department is investigating the case.
The matter highlights the irregularities and rude behavior in the Kanpur Police and questions the need to improve the department. Demand of Priyanshi for justice and police investigation will now decide the direction of this entire case.
