In Pandu area of Uttar Pradesh, a woman, fed up with the frequent quarrels and assault of her alcoholic husband, killed her. The woman surrendered to the Jalukbari police station on Sunday and confessed to killing her husband herself. The police on Tuesday informed about the murder and said that the woman had dug the body of her husband by digging a pit four to five feet deep in the bedroom of the house.

Police officials said that the deceased person used to do junk business and often quarreled with his family after drinking alcohol. The woman told during interrogation that on the night of 26 June, the husband had come home drunk and started a dispute again. At that time, the woman killed him in anger. The woman admitted, “He was very intoxicated and was fighting, when I killed her.”
Dead body by digging a pit itself
After the murder, the woman dug up a pit four to five feet deep in her bedroom and buried her husband’s body in it. Police said the body was recovered from the woman’s house. However, the police suspect that the woman was not alone in the murder. Officials say that the woman is less likely to be buried by digging a pit alone and other people may also be involved in this case. The police have some clues whose investigation is on.
Woman surrendered, brother -in -law lodged missing
Police also said that the woman had told her family and neighbors before confessing the murder that her husband had gone to Kerala in connection with work. After this, the woman also disappeared from the house. The murder was reported when the brother -in -law of the deceased lodged a complaint of disappearance of brother in the police. After this complaint, the police approached the woman, which revealed the secret of the murder.
