In Bareilly, UP, a man shot and killed his half -grandson (younger brother’s grandson) on Friday evening on suspicion of selling her daughter -in -law. The young man died as soon as the bullet was shot. The incident caused sensation in the village. The case is related to Islamabad village of Bhemora area of Bareilly. After receiving information about the incident, the police reached the spot and arrested the accused. The police have recovered a pistol and three cartridges from the spot. Also, the body has been taken in possession and sent for postmortem.
The young man who was murdered was quite small
Akhilesh, a resident of Islamabad village, had a dinner and came out of the house at five o’clock on Friday evening. There he was talking to friends. Meanwhile, his stepfather (elder brother of the donor) Puttan Singh Yadav shot Akhilesh. Akhilesh died on the spot after being shot in the neck. The age of the deceased was just 19 years old.
Father who came to save was also shot
After the first shooting, the accused was about to shoot again when Akhilesh’s father tried to snatch the loaded pistol. Akhilesh’s father Amarpal was also shot in the scuffle. On getting the opportunity, the accused ran to the west of the village. When the police reached the spot, when he went to catch the accused, he found him sitting near a pile of straw. A cartridge has also been recovered from the accused.
Akhilesh was doing ITI
Akhilesh was the only son of his father. He was doing ITI from Bareilly. The family was preparing for his marriage. Both Puttan and Amarpal work in the same factory. The in -laws of both are in Trikunia village of Bhamora police station area. Puttan has two sons and two daughters. The wife died many years ago. Daughters are married.
The main reason behind the murder
According to the information, three years ago, Puttan brought a daughter -in -law from another district for his son Manish. 1.50 lakh rupees were spent on this. A few days later Manish’s wife left. A year later, another woman was brought at a cost of Rs 1.50 lakh. A few days later the other woman also left Manish. Puttan suspected that Akhilesh had sent him somewhere. On the basis of suspicion, he killed Akhilesh to take revenge.
Police statement
SP City Manush Pareek said that prima facie a case of murder has come to light in a family dispute. A pistol and some cartridges have been recovered from the spot. Further action will be taken after the post mortem report.
