Due to the wind coming from two directions on Tuesday, the weather is expected to remain stable amid the clouds. According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of light rain during the day.

The atmosphere was hot since Monday morning. The scorching sun was troubling since morning. It intensified further in the afternoon. This is the reason why the maximum temperature reached 34 degree Celsius. The day before it was at 31.7 degrees. That is, an increase of 2.3 °C was recorded in a single day. On Monday, the highest temperature in the state was recorded in Rajnandgaon.

According to the Meteorological Department, due to the formation of a confluence of north and south air in the state, there is a possibility of light rain in the common districts of Bilaspur, Raipur and Durg division on March 1. No significant change is expected in the maximum and minimum temperatures in the state. However, the maximum temperature is likely to rise progressively. According to Meteorologist HP Chandra, the confluence of air coming from north and south is likely to form mainly in the districts of Bilaspur division and Surguja division. Due to this, there is a possibility of strong wind and hailstorm.
Farmers’ concerns did not go away
Due to the continuous change in the weather, the worries of the farmers are not being resolved. Rabi crops were badly damaged due to untimely rains in the past. After that farmers are engaged in saving the remaining crops. Harvesting of gram, lentil and lakhdi is going on. Wheat crop is getting ready. In such a situation, now the concern of farmers may increase due to change or rain. Farmer Yashwant Verma of Temri village said that due to the change, the fruit crops may be damaged. The clearer the weather is now, the more the crops will benefit.
