Some people saw him and called the police. Police reached the spot and took him to the hospital. When his ID was checked there, it was found that he is the same fugitive who was missing since he carried out the heinous crime. He is currently undergoing treatment at SMS Hospital in Jaipur.
When the woman did not withdraw the rape case, she was attacked
Rajasthan DGP UR Sahu said that the right leg of Rajendra Yadav, the main accused in the attack on the woman, has been cut off. His left leg is also hurt. A case has been registered against the accused under sections 307 (attempt to murder), 323 (hurt) and 506 (criminal intimidation) and Arms Act against the accused. The accused raped the victim on 16 January last year. After this he was arrested. Even his job was gone. He recently came out on bail and was threatening the woman to withdraw the case against her, but the victim refused.
