Bishrampur (Naiduniya News). In the women’s honor ceremony organized by the Indian Coal Mine Mazdoor Association, women workers including other women were honored and encouraged. The chief guest of the program, Shivani Mahila Mandal President Abha Saxena inaugurated the program by lighting the lamp.
Women’s honor ceremony was organized in the Officers Club on Wednesday along with International Women’s Day. Chief guest Shivani Mahila Mandal President Abha Saxena encouraged women by wishing them a happy International Women’s Day. He said that it is the woman who makes the house a heaven. It is the result of the tolerance of women that the earth is called mother earth. In the present era, women have proved by setting records in all fields that women are not less than men in any respect. It is a matter of pride for women. Personnel Officer Hema Singh gave detailed information about the facilities provided by the company to the women workers. Giving information about maternity leave and child care leave, he also informed about the provisions of the company fixed for women workers regarding the problems faced by them at the workplace. Dr. Shrita Lal of the Central Hospital, while apprising the women workers and other women about the problems faced during the work, said that for any health related problems, immediately contact the concerned doctor for health benefits. BMS leader and Coal India JBCCI member Majrul Haque Ansari said that BMS Mother Shakti Swaroopa is honoring women workers across the country on such a holy occasion. Women play an important role in the continuous progress of Coal India. The program was conducted by Shobha Namdev, lecturer of DAV Vidyalaya and Sanjay Singh, Central President of the Demonstration Association.
The respect given to women
In the program, under the leadership of BMS leader Sujit Singh, about two hundred and fifty women workers and other women present in the program were felicitated by the chief guest by felicitating them. Mahendra Landey, Saroj Sinha, Mahesh Gupta, SP Chaturvedi, Surendra Singh, Prem Singh, Shyam Ghoshal, Sapna Banerjee, Bharti Singh, Pratima Kujur were active in making the program a success, including Union General Secretary Sujit Singh. During this, Geeta Ghoshal, Mohini Jha, Seema Singh, Roma Kaur were present along with BJP leader Shyama Pandey.
