10 teams will participate in T20 World Cup 2024
A total of 10 teams are participating in the T20 World Cup 2024. All the matches of the tournament will be played at two venues. These include Dhaka’s Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium and Sylhet International Cricket Stadium. There will be a total of 23 matches in the tournament. The ICC released the schedule of the T20 World Cup 2024 at an event in Dhaka in May, in which India captain Harmanpreet Kaur and Bangladesh captain Nigar Sultana were present.
Australian women’s team has won the most titles in T20 World Cup
There have been 8 editions of the Women’s T20 World Cup so far, out of which Australia has won the trophy the most i.e. 6 times. At the same time, England and West Indies teams have won the title once each. The Indian team made it to the final of the T20 World Cup 2020, but had to face defeat against Australia.
