New Delhi. Modi government is being formed for the third time in India. Although BJP has suffered losses in the Lok Sabha elections and Modi’s third government will run with the help of TDP and JDU as well as other NDA constituents, but still leaders from all over the world have congratulated PM Narendra Modi.
