Excessive use of screen increases the pressure on the eyes and gradually your eyesight starts weakening.
Recently, a research by the American Psychological Association (APA) came out, which revealed that not getting enough sleep is ruining the emotional health of young people. Because of this, people’s happiness is being snatched away and they are feeling sad. Not only this, the scientists who did the research also said that today 30% of adults and 90% of teenagers do not get enough sleep at night. Due to this, their risk of blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, stroke, kidney disease, bone disease and cancer is increasing. Sleep is important to keep our body energetic and healthy. Everyone should take good sleep of 7 to 8 hours daily to stay healthy.
