How to roast chickpeas at home
To roast gram, you need 1 to 2 cups of salt and black dry gram in a bowl.
Now turn on the gas and place a heavy bottom pan on the gas and increase the flame of the gas to high and let the salt heat up rapidly.
Now put a handful of gram in the salt and keep the gas flame high and keep stirring the gram continuously.
Within a minute all the chickpeas will start to bloom and take them out by filtering them with a ladle having thick holes.
The salt will remain in the pan and take out the gram and keep it in a plate.
Similarly, again put a handful of gram in salt and fry the gram while stirring it continuously.
