Ingredients for making Sprouts Paratha
Moong 1 cup, 2-3 boiled potatoes, flour – 2 cups, half teaspoon red chili powder, half teaspoon garam masala, green coriander – 2 tablespoons, celery – half teaspoon, cumin – half teaspoon, spoon, oil – as per requirement, salt – as per taste
How to make Sprouts Paratha
Step 1: To make sprouts paratha, first soak the moong overnight. In the morning, turn on the gas and boil the moong so that it becomes soft. On the other hand, boil 2 to 3 potatoes as well.
Step 2: When both the ingredients are boiled, peel the potatoes and put them in a vessel and mash them well. Now add half a teaspoon of red chili powder, half a teaspoon of garam masala, green coriander and salt as per taste to this mixture and mix everything well. The masala for the filling is ready.
Step 3: Now take wheat flour in a bowl and add celery, cumin seeds as well as a little oil and salt as per taste and mix well. Now add water and knead the dough softly. Now after that make dough balls and roll them a little. After this, put some prepared masala in the middle of the ball and close it and then roll it like a roti with light hands.
Step 4: Now turn on the gas and put oil in a non-stick pan. When the oil is hot, fry the rolled paratha in it. Fry the paratha on both sides until it becomes golden and crispy, if you want you can make this paratha without applying oil. Your sprouts paratha is ready. Serve it with sauce and chutney and enjoy it.
