At this age they do not eat much. In such a situation, do not try to give them too much or heavy meals. Give them very little food every day but plan in such a way that they must eat something every one or two hours. For example, if you used to give food four times a day, make it 6 or 7 times. This will increase the quantity of food and also the variety of food.

It is necessary to give food frequently

If your daughter is learning Karate, then it is important to give her nutritious food at regular intervals. Keep in mind that there is a difference in the diet of boys and girls. First of all, give your darling immunity boosting food. For this, it is important to give citrus food, green leafy vegetables and seeds. After this, they need more iron. For iron, feed her different types of greens or juices, beans, lentils, spinach, beetroot etc. Carbohydrates and protein will be needed for energy. For this, give her milk, buttermilk, cheese, butter daily, and also make her consume whole grains. Apart from all this, also take care of a fiber-rich diet. Milk or dairy products and whole grains should be included in the baby’s diet every day. If milk is not digested properly, then give low-lactose dairy products in its place. Give some solid things in lunch. It should definitely include whole grain items and some fruits. When she comes home from school, give her a glass of juice to drink. Then after half an hour, give some snacks and definitely give lentils with dinner at night. Give her a glass of milk before going to sleep at night. Include strawberries, berries, dates, kiwi, oranges etc. in fruits. Give her something to eat at least 6-7 times a day. The less your daughter eats outside food, the healthier she will be.
