It is believed that to keep brain power better, people should sleep early and wake up early in the morning. However, a recent research has revealed a very surprising thing. It has been found that people who stay awake till late night have better brain power than those who sleep early. Scientists say that staying awake till late at night can improve people’s memory. The brain of a night owl can work better than early birds.

The Guardian’s Report according to Researchers at Imperial College London have claimed in a study that staying up late can be good for our brain. People who become night owls, that is, stay awake all night, their brain can be sharper than those who sleep early. About 26,000 people were included in this study. In the research, the researchers found that the intelligence, reasoning and memory of people who stay up late can be better than others. Health experts have also been surprised by the results of this research.

Scientists who conducted the study say that to keep the brain powerful, everyone should sleep for 7 to 9 hours. This sleep can be taken anytime in 24 hours, but the quality of sleep should be good. If a person stays awake till late at night and then sleeps well for 7-9 hours, it can help in improving memory. Even though staying awake at night may benefit the brain, this habit can become the cause of many diseases.

According to many other researches, the habit of staying awake at night can prove harmful for the body. Staying awake all night can weaken the body’s immune system, which increases the risk of diseases. Lack of sleep also causes hormonal imbalance, which can lead to problems like weight gain, diabetes and heart disease. To avoid these problems, it is very important to get adequate sleep regularly.
