New Delhi. Five phases of voting have been completed in the Lok Sabha elections. Voting will be held on 58 seats in 7 states in the sixth phase on Saturday. Meanwhile, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has written a letter to 2,000 enlightened and Padma Shri awardees of Kashi. He has written a letter and appealed to them to actively contribute in bringing the family members of all these special personalities of Kashi and the people of their organization to the polling booth. In this letter, PM Modi also said that the love of the people of Kashi has made me a Banarasi.
In this letter, PM Modi wrote, “You are aware that the biggest festival of Indian democracy is going on. Voting is to be held in Kashi Lok Sabha on June 1. Your love in Kashi has made me a Banarasi. Not only an MP, but I find myself as a son of Kashi. I request all of you to vote in favor of the Bharatiya Janata Party on June 1. The future of the country is being built today with the power of your one vote. You have a big contribution in making India strong.”
He further wrote in the letter, “If we talk about Kashi, you know more than me. In these 10 years, the resolutions we had taken for the development of Kashi are being fulfilled one by one. Whatever I have been able to do with the blessings of Baba Vishwanath, there is still a lot left to do. The 2024 elections are very important. The resolution of a developed India will be fulfilled only with your vote and support.”
PM Modi appealed at the end of the letter and wrote, “On June 1, actively contribute in bringing yourself, your family members and people from your organization to the polling booth. Come together to take your culture, your tradition, your pride to greater heights.” Earlier, in support of PM Modi, women power in Varanasi performed the aarti of Maa Ganga. Women members of Namami Gange worshipped Maa Ganga at Gaighat in Varanasi for the victory of Prime Minister Modi in the elections.

Let us tell you that in the seventh and last phase of Lok Sabha, voting will be held on 57 Lok Sabha seats of 8 states and union territories on June 1. Voting will also be held on June 1 in the seventh phase on Varanasi seat. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is contesting elections from Varanasi for the third time. PM Modi has been an MP from here for 10 consecutive years. The election results will be declared on June 4.
