To lock, you must first go to the website of UIDAI. After logging in there, you have to give information about your card. OTP will be sent to your mobile number. After verifying the OTP, you will open the option of lock and unlock. If you want to lock, click on the lock option and submit it. OTP will come again for verification, after putting OTP your card will be locked.
Talking about the unlock process, it can only be done by visiting the Aadhaar service center. You have to go to the Aadhaar Seva Kendra and show your documents there. If everything goes well then your Aadhaar will be started again.
