Recipe for making gram flour vegetable

Step 1- To make gram flour vegetable, grind 2 inches of ginger and 3 green chillies. Now put 1 cup of gram flour and 1 teaspoon of Desi ghee in a bowl. Add 1 teaspoon of ginger and chilli paste in it.

Add half a teaspoon of turmeric powder, half a teaspoon of garam masala, 1 teaspoon of red chili powder and a little celery and mix everything in the gram flour. You have to mix everything by rubbing with your hands and sprinkle very little water on it. The thicker your gram flour is, the tastier the vegetable will be.

Step 2- Do not set the gram flour dough too much and break it into small pieces in the shape of vadis. Remember not to make them smooth at all, the more rough they are the tastier the vegetable will be.

Step 3- Pour mustard oil in a small pan and when the oil is hot, fry the prepared vadis. You do not have to cook the vadis too much. Just cook them from outside and keep them slightly raw inside. After frying the vadis, pour the remaining oil in another cooker or pan.

Step 4- When the oil is hot, add 1 teaspoon cumin seeds, 7-8 garlic cloves without chopping, 4 onions cut long and thick. Now brown the onion lightly and then add salt and add ginger and green chilli paste to it.

Step 5- Add half a teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon red chili and 1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chili, some coriander powder and add 1 cup of water to it. Now close the cooker and let it whistle 3 times.
Now increase the flame and fry this masala while stirring with a big spoon until all the water evaporates and the oil starts separating. Now add 1 spoon of Kitchen King masala to it. Once the masala is fried, add 1 spoon of garam masala, 1 spoon of mango powder and some kasuri methi after lightly frying it. Now add 2 cups of water to the masala.

Step 6- After the water boils, add the prepared gram flour vadis and reduce the flame of the gas and cook it covered for 5 minutes. The delicious gram flour vegetable is ready, serve it by adding green coriander. This vegetable is very tasty to eat with roti and paratha.
