The interesting thing told in this study is that, men with beard can be more ‘stable’ romantic partners than men who do not have beard.
Where did this study take place
Citing a study published in the Archives of Sexual Behavior, this study states that men who keep a beard are not necessarily looking for a new partner. Such people are happy with their current partner. Whereas clean-shaven men are often looking for a new partner. Let us tell you, about 414 men between the ages of 18 and 40 years participated in this study on relationships.
What is the connection with the beard?
There are many reasons behind the conclusions given about bearded men and their understanding of relationships. The first argument given is that it takes a lot of effort to grow and groom a beard. Growing a beard is a difficult and time-consuming task. In such a situation, men with beards indicate their disciplined and restrained nature.
The study also states that a person has to clean shave frequently to keep his face clean. But to keep the face clean with a beard, one has to take extra care of the facial hair. This takes more effort, resources and time. In such a situation, the person who can maintain his beard well can pass the test of a well-organized and resourceful person.
According to a study, men with facial hair are more likely to focus on their romantic relationships and family when they are in a relationship. So, the next time you go on a date, consider spending time with a man who has facial hair.
