Ghee can be harmful for these people

Heart patients: Dietitian Amrita Mishra says that consumption of ghee is not harmful for anyone, provided it is consumed in limited quantity. Excessive consumption of ghee can cause many health problems. In such a situation, consuming ghee in excess can be dangerous for people who have heart problems. Actually, the risk of heart attack can increase due to the fatty acids present in ghee. In such a situation, to keep the heart safe, one should not eat more than 10 mg of ghee.

Liver: If you are facing liver related problems, then limit the consumption of ghee. By doing this your liver will remain safe. On the other hand, excessive consumption of ghee can be harmful. In such a situation, problems like jaundice and gastrointestinal pain can be promoted due to fatty liver. Such patients should consume as little ghee as possible in their food.

Obesity: If you are trying to reduce body weight, then include ghee in small quantities in your diet. Because, eating too much ghee can increase weight. Let us tell you that ghee contains conjugated linoleic acid, which is helpful in reducing weight. But it has high calorie content, so eating too much can also increase obesity. A normal man can eat 2 teaspoons of cow ghee daily.

Pregnancy: Although eating ghee during pregnancy is beneficial, but eating it in excess can increase the risk of digestive problems like indigestion, swelling or diarrhea. Let us tell you that pregnant women often face digestive problems, so it is advisable to eat less ghee in the diet. In such a situation, a mother should eat only as much ghee or butter as she can easily digest.
