Do not walk with wet feet and do not spill water where the rod is installed. Many people keep a rod in the bathroom and then touch it with wet feet. Do not do this even by mistake. If you also heat water with a rod, then you should keep it away from children. If you have small children in your house, then install a bar and gate in the bathroom so that the children cannot come inside. Otherwise they may get electrocuted.
Many people have a habit that when their rod becomes old or the wire breaks, they repair it themselves. What you have to keep in mind here is that if the wire of the rod is cut over a large area, then get it replaced by an electrician and if the rod is causing problems, then replace it with a new rod.
