Many tests are conducted online for competitive exams in India. Entrance examinations are given for admission to higher educational institutions in India or for admission through scholarships. Be it engineering or medical or many other exams. Only after passing these examinations, students are able to get a good college.
These students become eligible for any job. But for some time now it has been seen that cheating is also taking place in some of these examinations. The latest case is of NEET. There is a lot of debate about this on social media. I have another option it’s a good idea. Then where can you complain?
When one appears for any type of entrance examination irrespective of whether it is conducted by any organization then he/she pays a fee for it. In such a situation, if the student takes the examination then the student’s fee money is wasted and he is entitled to get it back. In such cases, the student can file a petition directly in the court. In such cases, a lawsuit can be filed under the Consumer Act.
If any examination is state level. So you can complain about it at the state level. There is a Chief Minister helpline in almost all the states. Where you can register your complaint through call or portal. If your complaint is found true then action is taken by the state government.
