Red sandalwood is known to be very helpful in improving skin tone and evening out the complexion. With its use the skin gets a natural shine. Red sandalwood can help achieve a brighter, more even complexion by reducing the appearance of blemishes, dark spots, and hyperpigmentation. Red sandalwood provides adequate nutrition to our skin cells which makes the skin look healthy. It is very effective in reducing blemishes and treating acne. It also helps in removing sun tan and dullness due to its cooling properties.
Use Rakta Chandan in these two ways:
Rub sandalwood wood on a sealed grate by pouring light water on it. Apply the liquid that comes out while rubbing on your skin. Leave this pack on the skin for about 20 minutes. After this wash the face with normal water. Now apply Vaseline gel on your skin. Now massage the skin with the massager. Do this twice a week. With this, the spots and blemishes on your face will start reducing within a few days.
To use sandalwood, take 1 teaspoon red sandalwood and 1 teaspoon neem powder in a bowl. After this, mix 1 spoon curd in it and apply it on the skin. Leave this pack on the skin for 15 minutes. After this wash the face with water. Use this pack twice a week
