Ayurvedic expert Tanmay Goswami has told the right time to eat after waking up in the morning. If you follow this health suggestion, you can prevent physical strength from decreasing. He says that small formulas of Ayurveda improve life.

There is a question in everyone’s mind

Food gives us nutrition, energy and strength. It has a right time to eat. Therefore, many people have a question in the mind of when we should eat after waking up in the morning. The answer is given in Ayurveda.

Decision is made by Yama

In Ayurveda, the day’s time is divided into Yama, not in hours. According to experts, a Yama is of 3 hours and a total of 8 Yama in 24 hours. People eat food in the wrong Yama. Keep in mind that food means food.

Do not eat anything before exercise

Experts say that the day starts waking up. Nothing should be eaten for the next 3 hours. Exercise during this time, can eat juice and fruits, but should not eat food. 99 percent of people eat parathas, roti or other foods during this period before going to work.

Eat food in another yam

Two yams should not remain hungry. This means that you should eat food in the fourth, fifth or sixth hour after 3 hours in the morning. During this time the food eaten is completely digested and its juice is released. If you do not eat anything to two yams, then your strength will be reduced. If you eat something even after that, the body will not accept it.

What to do first?

After waking up in the morning, you should do such things that give you peace. After brushing and defecating, you should exercise and eat baths, meditation and then fruits etc.
